SAUNAS & BATHS
INFRARED SAUNA (45 minutes) - $40
A very effective detoxification method that works at a cellular level. Used in the treatment of autoimmune diseases, arthritis, rheumatism, muscular pain, weight loss, cellulite, and other conditions. Not recommended for pregnant women.
HAMMAM (Steam Bath) (15 minutes) - $20
A steam bath that leaves the skin feeling smooth and refreshed. It helps alleviate respiratory problems and detoxifies the skin.
MOROCCAN STEAM BATH RITUAL (30 minutes) - $40
Black Beldi soap and a special exfoliation glove help rid the body of toxic organisms.
ESSENTIAL OILS BATH WITH DEAD SEA SALT (30 minutes) - $45
A special bath that helps muscles relax, soothes away fatigue and treats insomnia. Organic essential oils in sea salt from the Dead Sea are chosen based on individual needs.

A Swedish massage performed outdoors in a massage tent. The sounds of the nearby waterfall, the breeze through the trees, and the birds, gently trigger a deeper relaxation. A memorable treat!
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE (75 minutes) - $90
A gentle massage to stimulate circulation of blood and lymph, strengthen the immune system, and detoxify the body. Helps reduce inflammation and swelling. It uses light circular pressure and no oils.

A distinctive massage, offered in Quebec exclusively at Serenita, to tone and tighten facial muscles, soften the skin, and gently relax. It includes a thorough cleansing using a pure botanical facial cleanser and warm towels, a full thirty minutes of massage strokes using oils designed for the face, and a foot and hand massage. An extraordinary experience!
HANDS AND FEET MOISTURISING CARE - (45 minutes) - $60
Soothing and moisturizing. Exfoliation followed with a cellular regenerator warming wrap and ends with a light massage of the hands and feet.
SPA REFLEXOLOGY (75 minutes) - $90
A relaxation technique in which the feet are massaged and points on the feet gently stimulated through pressure. The gentle pressure in turn stimulates and tones the organs associated with those points. Each session begins with an herbal foot bath.
ENERGY REBALANCING (60 minutes) - $75
A combination of polarity techniques and essential oils that results in a deep relaxation and grounding.
PRESSOTHERAPY (30 minutes) - $30
Pressotherapy uses inflatable boots that apply a light massaging pressure to the legs in order to encourage circulation. A special waist band may also be used for weight loss treatments. (This treatment is contraindicated for those who have suffered from phlebitis).
